Compared to a mixed flow dryer
When grain comes down between the Pigeon holes on a mixed flow dryer there is very often a problem with Grain Bridging and therefore getting continuous and excessive heat and then it starts burning – and can cause the dryer to be destroyed or at least lots of damage if fire is not put out right away – on our dryer there is a mechanical driven chain which forces the grain to continuously move and therefore it can’t bridge – making it a lot harder for a fire to start.

All our motors are VFD (variable Frequency Drive) This advantage cannot be overstated as to how powerful it is – It gives you the operator or owner the ability to deal with your products as you best see fit – for example – if you want to maintain a high quality wheat even if you have to dry it – you have the option of controlling your heat, controlling your hot and cold fans – with these powerful options easily at your disposal you can easily find the sweet spot as to how you want to condition your grain.
Controlling the grain depth
You have the option of controlling the grain depth on the bed, This valuable feature can’t be emphasized enough as it gives you the operator the option of controlling the static Pressure – Example 30% moisture corn will require a higher static pressure then 22% – 25% moisture corn – you can easily set the depth of the corn or whichever Product your Drying to achieve different static pressures – with a heavy wheat crop which is even denser then Corn you can set the Thickness even thinner.
